Paul Hazzard is an independent IT&T contractor with a diverse range of IT and Telecommunications experience servicing the Brisbane Metro region including Moreton and Stradbroke Islands. For the last 15 years has been maintaining customer networks and web sites for small business customers.

TELSTRA
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER 1998 - 1999

Promote Project Management Methodology to Telstra Customers and Sales Staff.

Skills and Achievements:

· Identified and analysed customer requirements with regard to project management.
· Developed and implemented strategies for the adoption of Project Management within account plans.
· Promoted and developed communications between customers and Project Managers and the Telstra service delivery team.
· Provided leadership and mentoring to Project Office staff.
· Worked with sales team on bid development.
· Project Management of high level Projects within the State Government arena.

CUSTOMER PROJECT MANAGER 1997 - 1998

PRODUCT CONSULTANT 1993 - 1995

As part of the Communications and Consultancy Information Centre(CIC), provide high level communications consultancy to External Partners and Sales Force.

Skills and Achievements:

· Provided professional written documentation with technical specifications and cost justification to customers.
· Researched data solutions and provided advice as a subject matter expert nation-wide.

PABX SYSTEM SPECIALIST 1990 - 1993

Statewide support, training and management for PABX products. Investigation and escalation of complex faults and configurations. Liaised with customer as technical expert. Specialties were NEC and NORTEL PABX’s, TIMS and Voicemail.

PABX FIELD SERVICEMAN Prior 1991

High level fault restoration and installation for Brisbane region PABX customers. Specialties were NEC, Nortel and TIMS. Installed and maintain Tie Lines and Outdoor Extensions. Programmed PABX’s with regard to least Cost routing.
